|Recommended: YesUnconsidered Neighbor — I live in the 1st floor and the person on the second floor didn't consider me. They have a horse or idk what it is, but is running most of the time, from the rooms to the door, and is consistent every day until 9pm sometimes until 10pm. Is so bad, when you have to work by 4am like me. Sadly 😥 but for the rest. The place is a perfect place for anyone.

Maintenance, they are always blowing leaves, I was surprised seeing that even the hallways are pressure washed.
resort style living
Small and quiet community.
Activities are often sent via email and posted at the office and mailroom.
Being close to all the entertainment without the San Antonio traffic, construction and constant congestion.

The apartments are very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable

|Recommended: NoNew Company — Ever since the new company took over I have had bad experiences. It took a month for my toilet to be fixed. I had to call and leave four emails and spoke to two people and nothing happened until a month later. Then my rent payment was wrong spoke to a lady who said she would call me back when it was fixed. She never did. The last company my maintenance requests were the day of or very next day. They would call back when they said they would. You guys need to get it together.
